Life is like pursuing a N.E.S course (A Never Ending Struglling course)☻.those who succeed to cope up wid its torturing curriculum and turn d situation in there favour,qualifies.A latest notion which i came to knw by ,"Labourers complain ; Managers♕comes up wid prompt solution" this very notion prevented me to complain several times since last two days nd i swear this turned out to be a feelgood factor fr me :ڑ an efficient manager must be a good Leader as well.Now here the word came abt which this bloƓ is all about :) i.e Leaders and Leadership traits, though this topic is a part of academics its nt like traditional ones ,it kindles spirit.

In this context the two characters which i m gonna mention  are M.K.GANHDI from the movie "Gandhi" and BHUVAN frm d movie "Lagaan".

I personally believe that these two characters were proficient in Leadership.

At one side M.K.Gandhi wid his eloquent speech turns d people  of Indian and Pakistaani origin in his favour while on other side Bhuvan of Lagaan despite nt having support of his co villagers at earlier stage struggled wid full determination and hard effort,finally turned the adverse situations in his favour.       

                            Gandhi through his speech motivated people to fight against British rule with the mighty weapon of "Ahinsa".his words reminds me about the famous funeral speech of Mark Antony in Shakespear's drama,after death of Julius caesar.

Gandhi widout even uttering something offensive about Britishers turned the mass against them.during his speech he mentioned,"Hindu and Muslims are sons of GOD";) The idea behind these verses are obivous enough.He even concluded his speech wid a prayer showing respect to Christanity.The way he concluded his speech influenced me a lot nd i m sure even the Britishers wud be influenced too :).

                            In Lagaan Bhuvan shows the ability to take decisions at a critical point of time when Russell offers to cancel the taxes of the whole province for three years if the villagers can beat his men in a game of cricket. If the villagers lose, however, they will have to pay three times the amount of their normal taxes. Bhuvan accepts this wager on the behalf of all villages without their consent. When the other villagers find out about the bet, they are furious with Bhuvan and told that they were not gonna follow him.bhuwan knew that he cant beat the britishers in cricket widout active participation of villagers.He knew that a team work was recquired to make them win d match.He took the initiative and performed publicly that it is possible to perform well in the game.He motivated villagers and finally they agreed to follow him.

An individual cant be a leader untill n unless he has followers,havin faith in him. Bhuvan earned his followers and gave his best attempt as a leader and offocourse the god helps those who help themselves.

                            Both these leaders with there sincere efforts acchived success.I must admit that while composing this blog i hav my mind set that we shall not fear from failure and shall not stop trying till we taste the cake of success ;).Nw i shall stop blogging and shall find something to eat ...may be a cake ,as i just frgot dat our hostel canteen closes by 10 pm :P ;my bad luck !!! :)
